This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership and oversee Salesforce CRM for Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Analytics departments.
• Establish the CRM roadmap, set priorities, and formulate platform strategies that align with organizational objectives.
• Lead Salesforce administration, automation processes, integrations, and platform enhancements.
• Promote CRM data governance, quality benchmarks, and validation protocols.
• Collaborate with Data and Technology teams to facilitate enterprise integrations and AI-driven projects.
• Enhance workflows, reporting mechanisms, dashboards, and business processes within Salesforce.
• Assist in managing lead lifecycle, customer segmentation, and campaign execution.
• Enable AI-powered insights, forecasting, personalization, and automation functionalities.
• Foster user adoption through training initiatives, enablement strategies, and change management practices.
• Oversee Salesforce releases, improvements, and platform performance metrics.
• Work alongside external vendors and internal stakeholders on CRM initiatives.
• 5+ years of practical Salesforce experience in roles such as CRM Manager, Product Owner, or Senior Administrator.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with Marketing Cloud is a plus.
• Experience in implementing AI-enhanced CRM functionalities, including Einstein, predictive analytics, and automation tools.
• Strong grasp of CRM data governance, architecture, and integration processes.
• Background in working with ERP systems, APIs, middleware, and enterprise data environments.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Analytics teams.
• Proficient in managing CRM data quality, workflows, and automation processes.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is essential.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in leading or mentoring CRM administrators or analysts.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
