This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Support teams to identify support requirements and strategize application expansion.
• Implement strategic Salesforce projects across various business units and Salesforce instances.
• Foster high-quality implementations by building relationships with stakeholders and conducting regular status meetings.
• Utilize Salesforce platform expertise to introduce new features and enhance platform capabilities.
• Develop, maintain, and improve automated business processes using tools such as Flow.
• Provide guidance on and execute Salesforce process automation with precise documentation.
• Ensure Salesforce serves as the definitive source for customer and sales data.
• Oversee Salesforce data monitoring and updates, including importing, exporting, and mass uploads.
• Manage daily Salesforce configuration, support, maintenance, and enhancements, including custom objects and fields.
• Create and design custom reports for Support, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Handle Salesforce modifications related to business processes, technology, and personnel.
• Design and establish new Salesforce processes while promoting user adoption.
• Implement deployment strategies such as staging versus production.
• Convert business needs into business and functional user requirements.
• Apply Agile methodologies, including scrums and Kanban, utilizing Jira and other ticketing systems.
• Perform additional similar and related tasks as necessary.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Over 3 years in a Service or Support role managing Salesforce.com.
• Proficient in designing, configuring, and customizing Salesforce solutions.
• Strong comprehension of cloud-based SaaS models and business applications.
• Significant experience in data management and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science is advantageous.
• Skilled in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com and/or SFDC Administrator or Advanced Administrator Certification.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong time management and project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Capacity to work effectively across various functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating CRM applications and their effective usage.
• Genuine interest in and aptitude for CRM and other cloud-based technologies.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and other ticketing systems.
• Proficient in translating business needs into business and functional user requirements.
