This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the vision and spearhead the development of the Salesforce Sales Cloud / CPQ platform.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce CPQ initiatives, responsible for client delivery, proposals, new business opportunities, and knowledge management across various sectors.
• Convert business requirements into well-architected solutions that fully utilize the Sales Cloud / CPQ platform, clearly articulating the advantages and disadvantages of different solution approaches.
• Implement process enhancements, improvements, and modifications to the Sales Cloud and CPQ quoting, approvals, and document generation system.
• Promote Salesforce CPQ thought leadership and educate internal stakeholders on best practices for the platform, ensuring compliance with established processes across teams.
• Develop and manage all customer-facing document generation and E-Signature processes using Conga Composer, Conga Sign, or similar tools.
• Offer expertise and insights to estimate the technical effort required to fulfill internal requests and projects.
• Assume responsibility for ongoing configuration and development within Salesforce projects.
• Oversee projects with a consultative approach to achieve departmental goals and enable efficient business operations.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on functional experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• At least 5 years of experience in developing within the Salesforce declarative toolset.
• A minimum of 2 years managing Document Generation and E-Signature tools that are integrated with Salesforce.
• Capability to convert business requirements into functional user stories and design scalable best practice solutions utilizing Salesforce CPQ alongside a suite of third-party applications.
• Strong Business Analyst skills, with the ability to engage business partners in consultative discussions regarding their needs and challenges.
• Proficient in identifying and articulating the “real” issues that stakeholders are facing.
• General experience in business processes across Sales, Renewals, Operations, Finance, Accounting, etc.
• Inherently curious and capable of requiring business justifications before implementing changes; demonstrated ability to respectfully push back when necessary.
