• Support the construction of architecture (objects, fields, page layouts) and process automation on the Salesforce platform.
• Contribute to the development of declarative components (Apps, Lightning Pages) within Salesforce Lightning.
• Assist in creating on-record analytics (roll-up fields, formula fields, record-level reports) in Salesforce.
• Configure Salesforce architecture, automation, and security settings across all Salesforce Clouds and associated applications.
• Install and set up applications from the Salesforce AppExchange, including email, social media, financial management, online payment, SMS, and form-building applications.
• Install and configure proprietary applications or integrations as necessary.
• Understand the defined data model and the resulting system architecture that is designed based on business requirements for specific deliverables.
• Create detailed technical documentation suitable for use by other consultants, engineering teams, and clients.
• Record written requirements gathered during the client discovery phase, highlighting items shared in discovery workshops and through shared client artifacts.
• Design recommended solutions based on technical requirements, evaluating all solution options to determine the most effective approach.
• Discuss the resulting data model considerations both internally and with clients, confidently proposing well-considered recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Management or Technology Consulting is preferred.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (Admin 201) is mandatory.
• Must be fully proficient in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Data Loader.
• Certification as a Salesforce Cloud Consultant and Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator (Admin 211) is preferred.
• Experience in implementing databases and developing custom applications on the Salesforce platform is essential.
• Ability to create simple decision models based on complex logic requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint) with strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Must be able to work in Eastern Standard Time hours.
