This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• The Revenue Cloud Consultant will assist in the design, development, and implementation of Revenue Cloud and Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) / Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) solutions aimed at driving digital transformation initiatives.
• This position requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure the delivery of solutions that align with business needs.
• You will play a key role in modernizing Quote-to-Cash processes, enhancing efficiencies, improving sales performance, and facilitating the scaling of revenue operations.
• Your duties will primarily focus on execution and support throughout the delivery phases, while also gaining insights into broader solution design and strategy.
• In addition, you will engage in Revenue Lifecycle Management initiatives, platform enablement efforts, and systems integration tasks, promoting best practices across various projects.
• Engage Stakeholders: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Operations, IT, Legal, Accounting, and Finance, to gather and clarify requirements.
• Support Project Delivery: Assist in the implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule and meet the specified requirements.
• Collaborate with teams to create advanced AI-powered bots, streamline business operations, and develop solutions utilizing the latest generative AI technologies.
• Salesforce Experience: 2–4 years of experience with Salesforce, including exposure to CPQ and Billing.
• Project Experience: Proven experience in contributing to Salesforce implementations, preferably in enterprise environments.
• Financial Knowledge: A foundational understanding of billing, invoicing, and revenue processes.
• Metrics Familiarity: Knowledge of metrics such as ACV, TCV, and ARR.
• CLM & E-Signature Tools: Familiarity with document generation, CLM, or e-signature tools.
• Integration Exposure: Experience or familiarity with integrating Salesforce with platforms like Netsuite, Avalara, Stripe, DocuSign, or similar tools.
• Salesforce Configuration: Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including objects, flows, and basic customizations.
• CPQ Knowledge: Experience in supporting quoting and pricing solutions on Salesforce.
• Development Exposure: Familiarity with Apex or Omniscript is an advantage.
• Data Analytics: Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
• Integration Concepts: Basic understanding of APIs and integration tools such as MuleSoft or Workato.
• Effective Communication: Ability to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Team Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams, including analysts, developers, and senior team members.
• Risk Awareness: Capability to identify risks and escalate them appropriately.
• Process Understanding: Knowledge of Sales, Product, Billing, and Accounting workflows.
• Go-to-Market Awareness: Familiarity with GTM strategies, including channels or partnerships.
• Results-Oriented: Ability to support solutions that align with business objectives.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (Preferred).
• Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist (Preferred).
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (Preferred).
