This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Design Comprehensive Solutions: Create end-to-end Salesforce solutions specifically for Revenue Cloud, concentrating on areas such as Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) and Invoicing.
• Develop Architectural Blueprints: Generate detailed architectural plans that include integrations, customizations, and system configurations to guarantee seamless operation.
• Analyze Processes: Examine current product configuration, pricing, quoting, and ordering workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement.
• Implement Solutions: Formulate solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and optimized performance throughout Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, Sales Operations, IT, Legal, Accounting, and Finance, to define requirements and develop roadmaps.
• Ensure Project Alignment: Serve as the primary link between technical and business teams, promoting effective communication and a shared understanding of project goals.
• Lead Project Execution: Direct the implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet stakeholder satisfaction.
• Oversee Technical Implementation: Provide strategic guidance and manage all stages of the implementation process, including design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Utilize Salesforce Tools: Employ Salesforce-native tools and features, such as Product Catalog Management, Transaction Management, Dynamic Revenue Orchestration, and Invoice Management.
• Manage Integrations: Supervise the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems (e.g., Netsuite, Avalara, Stripe, DocuSign) and ensure data integrity during migration processes.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of Salesforce updates and industry trends, proactively identifying avenues for improvement and innovation.
• Recommend Enhancements: Assess and introduce new features, tools, and processes to improve Salesforce-based workflows and operational efficiency.
• Salesforce Proficiency: At least 4+ years of experience with Salesforce, including a minimum of 3 years focusing on CPQ and Billing projects.
• Demonstrated Success: Proven experience leading large-scale transformation projects, particularly in enterprise environments.
• Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of accounting operations, encompassing billing, invoicing, payment processing, and revenue recognition principles.
• Mastery of Metrics: Familiarity with financial metrics such as ACV, TCV, ARR, and other performance indicators, with the capacity to model and articulate calculations effectively.
• Experience with CLM & E-Signature Tools: Practical experience with tools like Document Generation, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and e-signature solutions.
• Integration Expertise: Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms, including Netsuite, Avalara, Stripe, DocuSign, SureTax, Chargent, or Dynamics 365.
• Salesforce Configuration Skills: Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including objects, flows, Lightning components, and customizations.
• Custom Solution Development: Experience in building and enhancing custom quoting and pricing solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Development Knowledge: Familiarity with Apex and Omniscript is advantageous.
• Data Analytics Proficiency: Expertise in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and sales performance analytics.
• Integration Tool Knowledge: Understanding of integration concepts and tools such as MuleSoft, Workato, and REST/SOAP APIs.
