Salesforce Consultant – Managed Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and implement top-tier solutions for Field Service, Service Cloud, Salesforce Digital Engagement, and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice.

• Utilize point-and-click tools available on the platform, such as Process Builder and Visual Flows, to configure Salesforce solutions.

• Collaborate with the Delivery Manager and Project Manager to clarify responsibilities and communicate project status to the client.

• Partner with our Artificial Intelligence team to develop innovative Salesforce solutions for our clientele.

• Demonstrate the ability to rapidly acquire new technical skills and stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and major releases, while also training and mentoring our team as necessary.

• Engage with clients to determine requirements, propose, and implement solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on project experience.

• At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration role.

• Project Management experience is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

• Familiarity with Customer Service and Project Management, with experience in addressing Complex Use Cases using the full range of the Salesforce Platform.
