Salesforce Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations with the external Salesforce implementation vendor.

• Assess, validate, and approve business requirements, system designs, and development deliverables.

• Facilitate **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)**, ensure comprehensive testing coverage, and monitor issue resolution through to completion.

• Configure and manage Salesforce components, including **objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and flows**.

• Administer users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and access controls in accordance with security policies.

• Create and sustain **dashboards, reports, and analytics** to aid business and executive decision-making.

• Ensure smooth integration with **CarPro, Genesys, MuleSoft, and Data Warehouse** platforms.

• Offer training, documentation, and continuous support to end users to promote adoption and effective usage.

• Uphold Salesforce security standards, data governance policies, and compliance requirements.

• Serve as the **primary internal subject matter expert (SME)** for Salesforce operations, enhancements, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in **Information Systems, Computer Science**, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in Salesforce implementation, administration, or consulting roles.

• Strong practical experience in Salesforce configuration, user management, automation, and reporting.

• Solid grasp of **system integration concepts, APIs, and middleware tools** (e.g., MuleSoft).

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate with vendors and manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Excellent stakeholder management and documentation abilities.

• Proficient in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
