This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Facilitate discovery sessions to identify and refine both business and technical requirements.

• Convert requirements into scalable solutions utilizing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and associated products.

• Configure and customize Salesforce, including objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and automation processes.

• Design and enhance sales processes, pipelines, and reporting systems.

• Collaborate with Project Managers to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.

• Work in partnership with Admins and Developers to provide cohesive and scalable solutions.

• Engage in Agile ceremonies such as standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

• Assist with integrations involving third-party systems, including APIs and middleware like Make.com.

• Oversee data migration and cleanup, ensuring adherence to data integrity best practices.

• Create dashboards and reports that facilitate decision-making.

• Offer client guidance, training, and documentation.

• Resolve issues and suggest ongoing optimizations.

• Proactively identify risks, obstacles, and dependencies.

• Accurately track time in alignment with deliverables.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce consulting.

• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud or Service Cloud configuration and automation, including Flows and modern tools.

• Demonstrated experience in leading client calls and managing stakeholder relationships.

• Comprehensive understanding of CRM strategy and sales operations.

• Experience with integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

• Background in team-oriented consulting environments.

• Proven ability to operate within defined scope, timelines, and project management structures.

• Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams, including Admins, Developers, and QA.

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or similar delivery methodologies.

• A problem-solving attitude combined with excellent execution capabilities.

• Exceptional communication skills—clear, structured, and suitable for clients.
