This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership of and oversee the Salesforce CRM utilized by Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Analytics teams.
• Establish the CRM roadmap, set priorities, and develop platform strategies that align with business objectives.
• Lead the administration, automation, integrations, and optimization of the Salesforce platform.
• Promote CRM data governance, maintain quality standards, and implement validation processes.
• Collaborate with Data and Technology teams for enterprise-level integrations and AI projects.
• Enhance workflows, reporting, dashboards, and business processes within Salesforce.
• Assist in lead lifecycle management, customer segmentation, and campaign execution.
• Facilitate AI-driven insights, forecasting, personalization, and automation functionalities.
• Foster user adoption through training, enablement initiatives, and change management practices.
• Oversee Salesforce releases, enhancements, and overall platform performance.
• Work together with external vendors and internal stakeholders on CRM-related initiatives.
• Minimum of 5 years of practical Salesforce experience in roles such as CRM Manager, Product Owner, or Senior Administrator.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with implementing AI-enabled CRM capabilities, including Einstein, predictive analytics, and automation tools.
• Strong comprehension of CRM data governance, architecture, and integration processes.
• Experience with ERP systems, APIs, middleware, and enterprise data ecosystems.
• Proven track record of supporting Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Analytics teams.
• Experience in managing CRM data quality, workflows, and automation efforts.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is a must-have.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Experience in leading or mentoring CRM administrators or analysts.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
