This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Leading group sessions with clients to gather comprehensive business requirements.
• Designing solutions and configuring the Salesforce platform (including NPC, NPSP, PSS).
• Creating various project artifacts and documents such as ERDs, DFDs, functional specifications, and wireframes.
• Analyzing key organizational processes through document investigation.
• Possessing a solid understanding of data structures and performing light data migration from legacy systems to Salesforce (utilizing CSVs with Data Loader).
• Ensuring clear communication with the project team and stakeholders.
• Assisting in scoping and estimation during the sales process.
• Collaborating closely with a project manager to develop and oversee a detailed project plan, which includes identifying key tasks and associated timelines.
• Applying critical thinking to address business challenges.
• Developing and managing a Salesforce solution.
• Conducting product demonstrations and facilitating client training sessions.
• Serving as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their end-to-end business and identifying areas for future growth.
• Organizing ongoing customer support, which includes report building, ensuring data quality, new integrations, and third-party app installation.
• Occasionally working independently with full ownership of a project, including undertaking project management activities.
• Assisting in adapting existing processes, defining new ones, and consistently seeking to enhance efficiencies within the organization.
• 2-4 years of experience in a Salesforce consulting position, ideally with NPC implementation experience involving at least 6-8 projects.
• Proficiency in Omniscript and Omnistudio.
• Experience with NPSP to NPC migrations.
• Owning solution projects that exceed 700 hours in size, which includes leading elaborations, documentation, builds, UAT, and training.
• Leading discovery and Salesforce roadmap projects.
• Familiarity with common integrations such as Mailchimp, Quickbooks, form tools, and tax receipting.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and/or Business, or equivalent education and experience.
• One or more Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, App Builder, Non-Profit Consultant, Omnistudio).
• Advanced skills in group facilitation and presentation.
• High energy, creativity, resourcefulness, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• A collaborative team player capable of building relationships across various communication mediums.
