Salesforce Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions that meet business needs

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to define, enhance, and execute CRM processes

• Actively suggest new features and improvements to maximize platform utilization

• Aid in the ongoing enhancement and development of the Salesforce platform

• Manage daily administration, troubleshooting, and upkeep of Salesforce environments

• Ensure data accuracy, reporting reliability, and system dependability

• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data structures to facilitate business insights

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee effective delivery and adoption of solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant

• More than 4 years of experience in technical implementations

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Field Service

• Experience in designing and implementing CRM processes

• Ability to engage with clients and deliver consultative Salesforce solutions

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

• Outstanding client relationship management abilities

• Sales Cloud Consultant Certification (desirable)
