β’ Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions that meet business needs
β’ Work collaboratively with stakeholders to define, enhance, and execute CRM processes
β’ Actively suggest new features and improvements to maximize platform utilization
β’ Aid in the ongoing enhancement and development of the Salesforce platform
β’ Manage daily administration, troubleshooting, and upkeep of Salesforce environments
β’ Ensure data accuracy, reporting reliability, and system dependability
β’ Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data structures to facilitate business insights
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee effective delivery and adoption of solutions
β’ Over 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant
β’ More than 4 years of experience in technical implementations
β’ In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Field Service
β’ Experience in designing and implementing CRM processes
β’ Ability to engage with clients and deliver consultative Salesforce solutions
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
β’ Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
β’ Outstanding client relationship management abilities
β’ Sales Cloud Consultant Certification (desirable)
