Salesforce Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• As a consultant or primary partner (Prime Vendor), engage in significant transformation projects, from initial strategic planning to actual implementation, assisting clients in translating their transformation blueprints into actionable results.

• Support clients in evaluating and implementing next-generation AI solutions such as Agentforce.

• Participate in key phases of the project, ranging from vision planning and architectural design to post-launch operations and ongoing optimization.

• Involve in project planning, progress facilitation, and delivery management.

• Conduct requirement interviews, needs analysis, and process facilitation.

• Lead or participate in application design, architectural design, and detailed design, while reviewing the relevant outcomes.

• Oversee implementation and testing activities or establish development standards and quality management processes.

• Assist in establishing Salesforce governance mechanisms and the operation model for the Center of Excellence (CoE).

• Provide design best practices and optimization recommendations to enhance project delivery quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess over 7 years of practical experience in one of the following areas, having served in a primary driving role: A. Strategy & Change Design B. Governance & Optimization C. Project Execution & Support.

• Have at least 3 years of experience in team leadership or project management (title not restricted).

• Able to effectively communicate with client executives (including C-Level) and relevant stakeholders to foster consensus and advance project progress.

• Quickly understand business requirements, Salesforce-related technical concepts, and project methodologies.

• Demonstrate a willingness and initiative to learn new technologies and effectively utilize AI tools to enhance work efficiency and output quality.

• Possess the ability to practice "Critical Thinking" and "Unlearning."

• Chinese: Native-level proficiency.

• English: Business communication proficiency.
