• Create and manage comprehensive Salesforce solutions that adhere to enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Facilitate discussions on both high-level and low-level design, converting business requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Make decisions regarding Flow vs. Apex vs. LWC, Sync vs. Async processing, and On-platform vs. external system processing.
• Ensure that solutions are optimized for scalability, performance, and compliance with Salesforce governor limits.
• Develop robust data models, including custom objects, relationships, indexing strategies, and data archival processes.
• Address Large Data Volume (LDV) challenges such as skinny tables, indexed fields, SOQL optimization, and archiving.
• Implement and oversee the Salesforce security framework, which includes Profiles, Permission Sets, Permission Set Groups, OWD, Sharing Rules, and Field-Level Security.
• Collaborate closely with the IT CRM and business teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and strategize future releases.
• Establish and uphold coding standards, design patterns, and best practices throughout the team.
• Work together with Salesforce developers, Business Analysts, Architects, and IT SMEs to design and deliver effective solutions.
• Design integration patterns utilizing MuleSoft or comparable middleware platforms.
• Establish API strategies, including REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.
• Over 10 years of experience in Salesforce with responsibilities at the architecture level.
• Expertise in Salesforce Architecture, including end-to-end solution design, LDV handling, and limit-aware design.
• Strong hands-on coding skills — ability to write and review Apex and LWC code directly.
• Proficiency in Data Modeling, including objects, relationships, indexing, and archival strategies.
• Knowledge of the Security Model, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Model, and Field-Level Security.
• Experience with Async Processing, including Queueable, Batch Apex, and Future methods.
• Familiarity with Integration tools such as MuleSoft or equivalent, REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and CDC.
• MUST HAVE — Practical working experience with Agentforce (Topics, Sub-agents, Prompt Design).
• MUST HAVE — Practical working experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution).
• Ability to clearly articulate decisions to both business and technical stakeholders.
