Salesforce Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• In the role of Salesforce Architect (m/f/d), you will be instrumental in driving digital transformation within the energy sector and assisting utilities in optimizing their business operations.

• You will convert customer needs and challenges into effective Salesforce features and solutions.

• Your responsibilities will include conducting process analyses on the client side, as well as planning and documenting migration strategies.

• You will hold technical project accountability and guide our developers and consultants.

• Your role will involve designing and executing technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, including Energy & Utilities Cloud & OmniStudio, Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.

• You will foster the development of new business relationships.

• Ensuring sustainable and scalable solutions will be part of your duties, along with providing technical customer consulting and development.

• You will offer guidance and support to clients throughout all phases of the project, considering new features and pragmatic implementation roadmaps.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce configuration and CRM system implementations.

• You have a deep understanding of the core Salesforce clouds, with practical experience in at least one of the following: Energy & Utilities Cloud, Media & Communications Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or Healthcare & Life Sciences Cloud.

• You bring enterprise-level project experience, including proficiency in Salesforce development.

• Several years of experience in designing and implementing global systems is essential.

• You have the conceptual ability to translate customer requirements into Salesforce functionalities and workflows.

• Your familiarity with best practices in the Salesforce ecosystem is important, and you hold technical Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator; ideally also Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, and/or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Business Analyst).

• You demonstrate excellent communication skills in both German and English.
