Salesforce Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the development of scalable and innovative Salesforce solutions for global clients.

• Create and execute scalable Salesforce architectures that align with business objectives.

• Direct the technical strategy, integrations, and customization of Salesforce platforms.

• Work closely with stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Supervise and mentor developers and consultants in the implementation of Salesforce solutions.

• Ensure the system's scalability, performance, and compliance with best practices.

• Keep abreast of Salesforce innovations and evaluate their potential for integration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Architect or in a comparable position.

• Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).

• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).

• Significant experience with system integrations and middleware solutions.

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect) are essential.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication abilities to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven leadership skills and experience in guiding technical teams.

• Process-oriented with an emphasis on delivering high-quality solutions.

• Availability for a 4-hour overlap between 15:00 and 19:00 Poland time to facilitate real-time collaboration.
