This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Assist in configuring and maintaining the Salesforce application on the Salesforce Government Cloud platform, ensuring peak performance, security, and compliance with DoD and federal standards.
• Administer user accounts, roles, permissions, profiles, sharing rules, and security settings to align with project needs.
• Tailor Salesforce using its native low-code/no-code tools to develop workflows, page layouts, Experience Cloud sites, reports, dashboards, and other system functionalities.
• Manage release management processes, which include establishing the CI/CD pipeline, scheduling, and executing software releases while adhering to DevOps best practices.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement updates, patches, and new features, ensuring minimal disruption to system operations.
• Facilitate data migration from the legacy system, encompassing data validation, cleansing, and importing into Salesforce.
• Generate and maintain technical documentation related to system configurations, release processes, and project deliverables.
• Observe system performance, troubleshoot issues, and execute enhancements to assure long-term system dependability.
• Assist in gate reviews for system lifecycle checkpoints, ensuring all deliverables comply with DHS standards.
• Active Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Over 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator for large production organizations.
• More than 3 years of practical experience in DevOps practices, encompassing software release management, version control, and deployment automation (e.g., utilizing tools such as Git, Jenkins, or Salesforce DX).
• The candidate must possess a Public Trust or an Active Secret clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to federal contract stipulations.
• The candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be conducted within the U.S.
• The candidate must have lived in the U.S. for a minimum of three (3) full years out of the last five (5) years.
