This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee user access and permissions, including the onboarding of new users, managing permission sets, access to apps/reports/dashboards, roles, and sharing settings.
• Address and resolve internal Salesforce request-queue tickets while documenting changes clearly.
• Identify and rectify flow errors, malfunctioning automations, and general Salesforce issues.
• Troubleshoot CPQ (Kugamon) quote and order complications, such as submission errors, PDF generation issues, quote/line validation, pricebook management, and SKU maintenance.
• Create and modify reports, dashboards, and list views as needed.
• Implement minor configuration, field-level, and layout adjustments upon request.
• Navigate the legacy Salesforce instance to reduce an aging backlog of about 70 tickets.
• Utilize AI tools to tackle unfamiliar challenges.
• Recognize recurring trends and systemic issues for further escalation.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Capable of passing a Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Background Check.
• Practical Salesforce administration experience in both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, encompassing permissions, flows, and fundamental configuration.
• Ability to work autonomously and a solid understanding of the Salesforce platform.
• Proficient in using AI tools to quickly resolve issues and able to recognize inaccuracies in AI solutions.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to document changes along with their rationale.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
• Experience with CPQ is preferred; familiarity with Kugamon is a plus.
• Preferred experience in Service Cloud/case management.
• Experience in cleaning up or operating within a legacy Salesforce organization is preferred.
• Preferred knowledge of Lightning and general platform navigation.
• A background in technology, IT, or service-related fields is preferred.
• Cybersecurity experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Willingness and ability to pass a CJIS Background Check and obtain CJIS certification.
