This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +9 more states.
• Take ownership of the daily configuration, support, maintenance, and enhancement of the Salesforce platform for the Commercial team.
• Design, create, and sustain complex workflows, automation, validation rules, approval processes, and page layouts utilizing Salesforce Flow and other declarative tools.
• Support and develop integrated workflows between Salesforce and other systems (such as HubSpot, SalesLoft, LeanData, Slack).
• Develop and manage Slack integrations that facilitate real-time notifications, workflow automation, and enhance collaboration within the Commercial organization.
• Work collaboratively with the Product Development Salesforce team to ensure scalable, secure, and aligned governance of the platform.
• Partner with Sales, Enterprise Marketing (including HubSpot users), and Operations stakeholders to comprehend their business processes and translate them into scalable system solutions.
• Assess current sales workflows and pinpoint opportunities to streamline processes, minimize manual tasks, and enhance pipeline visibility.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of Commercial Salesforce data through monitoring, deduplication, and maintenance routines.
• Design and maintain advanced reporting and dashboards that deliver clear insights into pipeline health, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
• Empower Commercial teams to access and leverage real-time data through dashboards, reporting frameworks, and best practices.
• Serve as the primary resource for troubleshooting, support, and training for Commercial Salesforce users.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures for internal use.
• Drive the roadmap for Salesforce usage within the Commercial team and the future evolution of our GTM systems strategy with cross-functional input.
• Approach tasks with a builder’s mindset—taking responsibility for immediate updates while considering the design of the system for long-term growth.
• 5–10 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, specifically with B2B go-to-market teams.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud; additional experience with HubSpot or integrated marketing technology tools is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, Custom Objects, and Slack integration.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup or growth company where rapid expansion necessitates ongoing Salesforce evolution to support GTM strategies and workflows.
• Ability to work independently and manage a roadmap, balancing immediate needs across various teams with long-term priorities.
• A systems thinker capable of guiding architectural design to support essential downstream workflows and reporting processes.
• AI curious and able to share insights with the rest of the Commercial team.
• Proficient in translating business requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is required; Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder certification is a plus.
