Salesforce Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Ensure the alignment of Sales and Marketing teams to enhance the sales process, focusing on the improvement and evolution of a qualified lead process, distribution, and management.

• Provide accurate reporting on the organization's key performance indicators to Sales and Marketing regularly, including actionable steps to enhance the experience for current and prospective customers.

• Proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize multiple requests, and manage relationships both laterally and upwards.

• A creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient in critically assessing information from various sources, resolving conflicts, breaking down high-level information into detailed components, synthesizing low-level data for a broader understanding, and distinguishing user requests from their underlying true needs.

• Capable of evaluating the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com, along with all related upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator.

• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification is mandatory.

• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification is mandatory.

• Demonstrated ability to design and implement new workflows and automations.

• Strong understanding of the platform, with the capability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other intermediate complexity content.

• Well-versed in Salesforce.com best practices and functionality.

• Strong data management skills.

• A proven track record of successfully driving projects to completion.

• Ability to comprehend and articulate complex requirements effectively.

• Excellent project management skills coupled with a positive attitude.

• Must exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Must demonstrate effective communication abilities at all organizational levels.

• Must possess a Mac computer and be proficient with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).
