Salesforce Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Ensure a seamless alignment between Sales and Marketing to enhance the sales process, concentrating on refining and advancing the qualified lead process, distribution, and management.

• Deliver precise reporting to Sales and Marketing regarding the organization’s key performance indicators regularly, including actionable recommendations to enhance the experience for both current and prospective customers.

• Proven capability to meet deadlines, manage and prioritize simultaneous requests, and effectively engage with peers and higher management.

• Innovative and analytical thinker with robust problem-solving abilities.

• Competence to critically assess information gathered from various sources, resolve conflicts, break down high-level information into detailed components, generalize from low-level information to a broader understanding, and differentiate user requests from their fundamental needs.

• Ability to evaluate the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com along with all associated upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator.

• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification is mandatory.

• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification is mandatory.

• Proven track record of designing and implementing new workflows and automations.

• Strong comprehension of the platform, with the capability to create custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.

• Deep understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionalities.

• Excellent data management skills.

• A documented history of successfully completing projects.

• Proven ability to comprehend and articulate complex requirements.

• Exceptional project management skills coupled with a positive attitude.

• Must exhibit outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.

• Must possess a Mac computer and be proficient with the Apple software ecosystem (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).
