Salesforce Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and develop functional programs and applications.

• Create fully operational software applications based on specifications.

• Ensure that Sales and Marketing are consistently aligned to enhance the sales process, with an emphasis on improving and refining the qualified lead process, distribution, and management.

• Deliver precise reporting on the organization's key performance indicators to Sales and Marketing regularly, including actionable recommendations to enhance the experience for current and prospective customers.

• Proven track record of meeting deadlines, managing and prioritizing concurrent requests, and effectively collaborating with peers and superiors.

• Innovative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Capable of critically assessing information gathered from various sources and resolving discrepancies.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator.

• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification is mandatory.

• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification is required.

• Demonstrated ability to design and implement new workflows and automations.

• Strong knowledge of the platform, with the capability to create custom applications and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.

• Solid understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionalities.

• Strong data management skills.

• A proven history of successfully completing projects.

• A demonstrated ability to comprehend and convey complex requirements.

• Excellent project management capabilities combined with a positive outlook.

• Must exhibit outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Must show proficiency in effective communication at all organizational levels.

• Must own a Mac computer and be adept with the Apple software ecosystem (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).
