Salesforce Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Ensure that Sales and Marketing are consistently aligned to enhance the sales process, with an emphasis on refining and developing a qualified lead process, as well as its distribution and management.

• Deliver precise reporting to Sales and Marketing regarding the organization's key performance indicators regularly, including actionable recommendations to enhance the experience for both current and prospective customers.

• Proven capability to meet deadlines, manage and prioritize multiple simultaneous requests, and engage effectively with colleagues at various levels.

• An innovative and analytical thinker with robust problem-solving abilities.

• Competence in critically assessing information from diverse sources, resolving conflicts, breaking down high-level information into detailed components, generalizing from low-level data to gain a comprehensive understanding, and differentiating between user requests and their underlying true needs.

• Ability to evaluate how new requirements will affect Salesforce.com and all interconnected applications, systems, and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator.

• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification is mandatory.

• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification is required.

• Demonstrated capability to design and implement new workflows and automations.

• Strong comprehension of the platform, with the ability to create custom applications and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.

• In-depth understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionalities.

• Proficient data management skills.

• A proven track record of successfully completing projects.

• Demonstrated ability to comprehend and articulate complex requirements.

• Excellent project management capabilities accompanied by a positive outlook.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Must be able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

• Ownership of a Mac computer and fluency in the Apple software ecosystem (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.) are required.
