This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Administer & Maintain: Oversee daily Salesforce administration tasks, which includes user setup, profile management, permission sets, and license management for over 130 users.
• Configure & Optimize: Develop, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions utilizing Flows, record types, dynamic layouts, approval processes, dashboards, and reports.
• Drive Data Governance: Establish standardized governance policies that enhance data quality and consistency across the system.
• Manage Integrations: Take ownership of and optimize third-party integrations with tools such as LeanData, Outreach, Gong, Qualified, and others.
• Support Agile Execution: Engage in monthly agile sprints, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery through project management using Asana.
• Ensure Scalability: Utilize a declarative-first approach to automation and system design, ensuring cross-functional maintainability while aligning with Salesforce’s product advancements.
• Test & Deploy: Employ sandbox environments for testing and validating changes prior to production deployment; collaborate with the Salesforce Architect to investigate DevOps tools and best practices.
• Release Readiness: Manage the release cycle for third-party systems, ensuring that features and functionalities are thoroughly tested and aligned with roadmap schedules.
• Document & Share Knowledge: Create and maintain clear, accessible documentation in Confluence and Google Workspace to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuity.
• Prepare for the Future: Play a role in shaping the roadmap for AI-driven features across our technology stack for 2026 and beyond.
• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is mandatory; additional Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
• Proficient understanding of Salesforce Flow and other declarative tools.
• Familiarity with enterprise-scale Salesforce architecture (200+ Flows, multiple custom objects, complex role hierarchies).
• Comfortable working with large datasets, Excel, and analytical reporting.
• Strong cross-functional communication abilities and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with supporting Agile workflows and familiarity with tools such as Asana.
• Previous exposure to Einstein, Agent AI, or similar Salesforce-native AI solutions is preferred.
• Experience using Confluence or similar documentation platforms.
