Salesforce Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the Salesforce team in executing solution implementations.

• Oversee Salesforce configuration modifications, which include but are not limited to flows, custom metadata types management, custom permissions, and user administration.

• Aid in the establishment and upkeep of strong security measures and data access controls.

• Manage integrated applications and third-party solutions associated with Salesforce.

• Work collaboratively with team members to collect requirements and execute solutions.

• Keep abreast of Salesforce updates and new features to propose enhancements.

• Support ticket resolution as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Declarative Builder.

• Valid Salesforce Administrator certification. Additional certifications (such as Advanced Admin, App Builder) are preferred.

• Extensive experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud processes.

• Demonstrated experience working within a Scrumban or Agile framework, engaging in daily stand-ups, and managing tasks through a structured sprint backlog.

• Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation that acts as a "single source of truth" for the broader team.

• Proactive in utilizing AI tools to expedite solution design, automate repetitive administrative tasks, and enhance overall delivery speed.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with an emphasis on cross-departmental collaboration; excels in a peer-review and shared-environment framework.
