Sales/Customer Service Representative – English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +34 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for clients

• Handle both inbound and outbound communications with a high level of professionalism

• Effectively address inquiries to guarantee a smooth and positive customer experience

• Engage with customers through phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve questions or concerns

• Calmly strive to resolve and de-escalate issues

• Escalate interactions as needed

• Respond to requests for assistance and/or process payments

• Record call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

• Offer feedback on call-related issues

• Achieve sales targets as specified

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute

• Proficient with desktop computer systems and have a general understanding of Windows-based systems

• Previous customer service and/or sales experience is preferred

• College degree is preferred but not mandatory
