This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Bring customers to closure and transform them into loyal clients.

• You will engage with cold and warm leads to identify their needs.

• Conduct genuine sales conversations rather than merely discussing the discussion.

• Drive the closure process in a structured, intelligent, and confident manner.

• You will think critically, ask questions, and persist until the goal is achieved.

• Collaborate closely with the Sales Coach and Leadership team.

• Develop long-term customer relationships through upgrades and upsells.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales experience (B2B or B2C – what matters is your closing skills).

• You are independent, self-driven, and do not require micromanagement.

• You aim not only to sell but also to grow.

• Experience in the recruiting field is a bonus, but not mandatory.
