Sales/Business Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create and execute a strategic sales plan aimed at achieving and surpassing sales targets while expanding the customer base.

• Consistently meet revenue goals and objectives.

• Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other effective sales techniques.

• Generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and participation in trade shows and industry events.

• Build and sustain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the Quantum AI Workspace Manager.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and campaigns.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to strategically position our solutions.

• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

• Moreover, promote and sell Quantum Strides solutions, which include TRIRIGA, Maximo, AWS hosting, and Gen AI solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in selling SaaS-based solutions, preferably with expertise in workspace and facilities management.

• Proven success in consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.

• Familiarity with one or more software solutions, such as TRIRIGA, Maximo, Plan On, Yardi, Manhattan, Trimble, Nuvolo, or iOffice.

• Established record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

• Previous experience selling software, services, and data to customers in the UAE and India.

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-driven and capable of thriving in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary to meet clients and participate in industry events.
