This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Development of new projects from the ground up
• Support for current products
• Implementation of game mechanics
• Bug fixing
• Code evaluation
• Involvement in planning and assessing task estimates
• Mentoring the development team (with 90% of the team being mid-level)
• Designing architecture for new projects.
• Introducing potential clients to the company’s services
• Client qualification
• Updating and maintaining the company’s database of qualified leads and overseeing lead tracking
• Managing CRM (preferably ClickUp)
• Clarifying project requirements with clients
• Providing daily or weekly reports on work outcomes
• Seeking new business development opportunities
• Staying updated on technology trends and insights
• Actively collaborating with the sales team
• English proficiency (both spoken and written) at least at an Upper-Intermediate level
• Experience in generating high-quality leads
• Familiarity with managing a lead database using CRM or ERP systems
• Experience with document management tools such as Google Sheets and Google Docs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Background in Outbound Sales
• Attention to detail
• Experience in B2B sales
• Experience with Upwork is an advantage
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and automation tools is a plus
• Experience in cold email marketing is a plus
• Work experience in Gamedev production related to B2B game production services.
