This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Manage sold property files by inputting sales information into Box+Dice (CRM & Trust Account Software).
• Archive signed contracts and sales documents in OfficeTech.
• Verify deposit funds held in trust and coordinate with solicitors as necessary.
• Dispatch signed contracts to solicitors and maintain precise filing.
• Create draft account sales, monitor settlements, and send confirmations.
• Ensure trust account transactions adhere to industry regulations.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless settlements.
• Prior experience in real estate trust accounting or sales administration.
• Strong comprehension of property sales processes and settlements.
• Familiarity with CRM or trust accounting systems (Box+Dice preferred).
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy in financial and legal documentation.
• Capability to manage comprehensive contract and settlement administration.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient written communication skills for interacting with solicitors and stakeholders.
• Ability to adhere to structured compliance and audit requirements.
• High sense of accountability and confidentiality when managing trust funds.
• Permanent work-from-home arrangement.
• Day shift (Australian business hours).
