This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Drive success in new markets by ensuring that attorneys, LLPs, and clerks are prepared for sales from day one.

• Offer continuous coaching to enhance and sustain hiring rates in both new and established locations.

• Work towards centralizing the training and onboarding processes for sales.

• Enhance client conversion rates through structured, high-quality sales training specifically designed for the legal industry.

• Develop training materials that are structured and focused on client conversion and consultative sales strategies.

• Standardize coaching methodologies to ensure uniform training across all locations.

• Oversee the sales training process for new office openings, ensuring that attorneys and staff quickly acclimate.

• Provide targeted, hands-on coaching to boost early hire success rates.

• Conduct role-playing exercises and real-time coaching sessions to build confidence in client interactions.

• Deliver individualized coaching based on performance metrics.

• Collaborate closely with leadership to align training programs with revenue objectives.

• Leverage Salesforce data analysis to pinpoint training requirements and drive measurable enhancements.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant training experience in support of sales or client-facing teams, alongside 3–5 years of direct sales experience (ideally within professional services or the legal sector).

• Strong expertise in consultative sales, active listening, needs assessment, and closing techniques.

• Proven track record in designing and facilitating engaging, results-oriented training sessions—both virtually and in-person.

• Demonstrated success in creating scalable learning programs tailored to diverse experience levels.

• Proficient in coaching professionals to improve client communication and relationship-building skills.

• Experience with Salesforce for tracking performance and reporting on essential metrics.

• Exceptional organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities; skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a capacity to influence and engage a variety of audiences.

• Strong knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Suite of products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Zoom Conferencing Technology.
