Sales Training Manager, Germany

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assists current commercial positions, particularly the sales team, in the development and organization of training sessions aimed at enhancing employee commercial knowledge, skills, and competencies.

• Plans and designs coaching and training initiatives for all current commercial roles, especially for the sales force, while adhering to budget constraints.

• Enhances the knowledge, competencies, and skills of commercial employees.

• Creates onboarding programs for new hires and sales managers.

• Collects new concepts and training materials to be integrated into the sales force.

• Selects suitable training methodologies.

• Provides coaching to the ADC sales force and local teams.

• Optimizes the effectiveness of the sales department by assessing training requirements.

• Evaluates the performance of the sales team.

• Reports on the effectiveness of training programs.

• Assists Sales Management in cultivating high-performing sales teams.

• Collaborates with leadership to pinpoint future business requirements.

• Engages with Marketing, Market Access, and Medical teams.

• Leads the Training Coordinator or equivalent role.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in sales and product training.

• Proven experience in coaching and mentoring.

• Experience in implementing Training & Development strategies.

• Direct sales experience is essential.

• Knowledge of the diabetes market is required.

• Exceptional presentation and project management skills.

• Strong understanding of the healthcare business landscape.

• Ability to design effective training programs.

• Experience in developing Training & Development resources.

• Ability to work cross-functionally and across various geographies.

• Skill in translating content into actionable sales discussions.

• Experience in developing and coaching high-performing teams.

• Strong presentation abilities.

• Proficiency in both German and English.
