This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assist in the design, development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of sales training for Antech’s field force in Germany.
• Collaborate with local German sales leadership, regional marketing, and enablement stakeholders in a matrixed structure.
• Establish and integrate consultative, value-driven selling skills, a growth mindset, and a commercial success-oriented approach.
• Adapt regional frameworks into tailored, market-ready training initiatives.
• Determine training priorities alongside German Sales Leadership to align with commercial objectives and capability advancement.
• Keep abreast of veterinary industry trends, competitor actions, and innovations by partnering with Product Managers, Medical, Lab Operations, and other subject matter experts.
• Educate representatives on prospecting, qualification, pipeline management, call preparation, deal closure, value-driven selling, portfolio familiarity, objection handling, and negotiation.
• Facilitate virtual classrooms, interactive workshops, one-on-one sessions, and digital content delivery.
• Develop simulations, role-plays, demonstrations, and sales materials that transform complex diagnostics into engaging sales discussions.
• Provide on-site coaching through regular co-travels and observations, offering actionable feedback.
• Equip Sales Leaders with coaching resources and reinforcement strategies.
• Create enablement tools for customer interactions.
• Assess training effectiveness, skill adoption, commercial KPIs, and ROI to enhance learning programs.
• Undertake additional sales enablement responsibilities as assigned to drive business growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education/Learning & Development, Veterinary Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Over 3 years of successful experience in sales training, commercial enablement, field sales management, or commercial excellence.
• Preferably 3–5+ years of experience in the Animal Health, Veterinary Diagnostics, Medical Devices, Human Health, or Life Sciences sectors.
• Strong understanding and practical application of consultative, value-based, and solution-selling methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate, influence, and achieve success within a matrixed, multi-stakeholder regional/local commercial environment.
• Fluent/native-level proficiency in German and professional working proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
• Outstanding in-person and virtual presentation, classroom facilitation, and one-on-one field coaching abilities.
• Capability to create engaging learning materials, role-play scenarios, and practical sales playbooks.
• Familiarity with modern LMS platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and virtual collaboration tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Travel up to 30%.
