This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Attain sales and order targets at designated price points within assigned accounts for Haryana (based in Hisar).
• Foster relationships, devise a business strategy, and optimize business prospects for all PDx businesses, products, and services within the designated accounts/territory.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, representing PDx in the assigned accounts/territory.
• Continuously provide feedback to management, product teams, services, and marketing.
• Create and execute Go-to-Market strategies with cross-functional and multi-product teams to deliver results through effective project proposals, negotiations, and contracts.
• Increase GE HealthCare's share of customer investments in both capital and operational expenditures.
• Establish and sustain a high level of customer satisfaction through consistently high-quality interactions with customers and related stakeholders.
• Lead PDx marketing initiatives in the assigned region by enhancing KOL engagement throughout the area.
• Acquire product knowledge to improve clinical differentiation in the market.
• Organize and conduct necessary seminars, meetings, and educational events for the Technical team, focusing on key decision-makers within the account.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Pharmacy/Biology/Science) or an equivalent qualification with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Medical Device sales.
• An MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
• Excellent influencing, interpersonal, and networking abilities to foster a collaborative culture at all levels.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities.
• High-level presentation skills, capable of conveying ideas to customers in a manner that fosters understanding and leaves an impact.
