This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

• Foster and enhance client relationships, serving as a primary contact for OTC spot trading.

• Facilitate trading flow by sourcing, quoting, and executing trades for clients.

• Oversee the entire trade lifecycle, including pricing, execution, hedging, settlement, and reconciliation.

• Recognize and capitalize on trading opportunities within established risk parameters.

• Assist in the onboarding and activation process for new counterparties.

• Collaborate with internal teams (trading, operations, settlement, finance) to ensure smooth execution and an excellent client experience.

• Provide support across related desks (borrowing/lending, derivatives) to expand product knowledge.

• Stay informed about market dynamics and educate clients on opportunities within crypto spot markets.

• 1–3 years of experience in OTC trading, electronic trading, or sales trading within the financial services or cryptocurrency sectors.

• Comprehensive understanding of spot markets, trade execution, and trading workflows (from front to back).

• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships, preferably with institutional or high-net-worth clients.

• A commercial mindset with a keen interest in stimulating trading activity and generating revenue.

• Strong passion for crypto markets and a commitment to staying updated on market trends and emerging products.

• Team-oriented, collaborative, and adept at working in a high-pressure environment.

• A degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline.
