This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Identify, engage, and secure new clients throughout the city.
• Consistently conduct meetings, outreach, and build relationships in the field.
• Oversee the complete sales process from initial contact to final closing.
• Develop robust, long-term relationships with clients.
• Utilize CRM systems to monitor pipeline, activities, and opportunities.
• Represent Assembly locally by understanding the market and identifying opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide optimal solutions for clients.
• Serve as Assembly’s "eyes and ears" on the ground, collecting competitive insights and recognizing industry trends to guide product and pricing strategies.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, retail, or client-facing positions (experience in fashion, cosmetics, or similar fields is advantageous).
• Self-sufficient, energetic, motivated, and comfortable working in the field.
• Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in face-to-face interactions.
• Eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot preferred).
• Understanding of brand development and premium market positioning.
• Strong aesthetic sense and a genuine passion for fashion and design.
• Curious, hands-on, and enthusiastic about learning.
• Proficient in Dutch and English.
• Residing in Amsterdam / Netherlands.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
