This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify, approach, and acquire new clients throughout the city.
• Consistently engage in fieldwork, including meetings, outreach, and relationship development.
• Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact through to closure.
• Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients.
• Utilize CRM systems to monitor pipeline, activities, and opportunities.
• Represent Assembly locally by comprehending the market and identifying opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide optimal solutions for clients.
• Serve as Assembly’s “eyes and ears” on the ground, collecting competitive insights and spotting industry trends to guide product and pricing strategies.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, retail, or client-facing positions (experience in fashion, cosmetics, or similar fields is advantageous).
• Independent, energetic, motivated, and comfortable working in the field.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication abilities and confident in face-to-face interactions.
• Eager to learn and advance in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot preferred).
• Knowledge of brand development and premium positioning.
• Strong aesthetic sense and a genuine enthusiasm for fashion and design.
• Inquisitive, hands-on, and enthusiastic about learning.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Located in Munich.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
