This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Identify, engage, and secure new clients throughout the city.
• Consistently conduct meetings, outreach, and build relationships in the field.
• Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
• Establish robust, long-term relationships with clients.
• Utilize CRM systems to monitor pipeline, activities, and opportunities.
• Represent Assembly locally by understanding the market and recognizing opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide optimal solutions for clients.
• Serve as Assembly's "eyes and ears" on the ground, collecting competitive intelligence and identifying industry trends to inform product and pricing strategies.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, retail, or client-facing positions (experience in fashion, cosmetics, or related fields is advantageous).
• Self-sufficient, energetic, motivated, and comfortable working in the field.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in face-to-face interactions.
• Eager to learn and advance in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot preferred).
• Knowledge of brand building and premium positioning.
• Strong aesthetic sense and a genuine passion for fashion and design.
• Inquisitive, hands-on, and eager to learn.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Residing in Paris.
• Valid driver’s license required.
