This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Identify new opportunities through the coordination of business presentations
• Promote and sell equipment and products, achieving established goals
• Develop and strengthen the distributor network within strategic projects
• Manage assigned portfolio, tracking sales, credits, and supply
• Increase the purchase volume of existing clients
• Design and implement sales promotion plans
• Participate in the preparation of forecasts and commercial reports
• Organize events and brand positioning activities
• Develop and deliver technical and commercial training (including Saturday courses)
• Define goals, priorities, and strategies in your area
• Drive continuous improvement in commercial techniques and processes
• Bachelor's degree, Engineering, or technical career (in progress or completed)
• Experience in technical sales
• Knowledge of: Welding processes, Basic electricity, Electric tools, Microsoft Office proficiency
• Availability for fieldwork and frequent travel
• Negotiation skills and results-oriented approach
• Ability to work under pressure
• Effective communication skills
