Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Supervise, mentor, and train the field RCA team (field sales representatives);

• Ensure the attainment of sales performance indicators (KPIs);

• Offer support to retail locations (points of sale);

• Propel strategic in-store initiatives, business planning, and performance assessment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in sales; background in manufacturing/industrial companies is advantageous;

• Experience in team management;

• Familiarity with Trade Marketing;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel;

• Knowledge of JBP (Joint Business Plan) is advantageous;
