This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lebanon.
• Oversee and direct the sales team to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for funded accounts, volume, and revenue.
• Drive the acquisition of new clients through direct sales efforts, referrals, IB networks, and affiliate partnerships.
• Develop and implement country-specific sales strategies for Iraq and the UAE in alignment with broader MENA growth objectives.
• Mentor, train, and assess team members to enhance lead conversion rates, follow-up quality, and management of client relationships.
• Monitor daily sales activities, team productivity, deposit performance, and pipeline quality utilizing CRM reporting tools.
• Cultivate robust relationships with high-value prospects, active traders, partners, and business introducers.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, retention, dealing, and customer support teams to enhance the entire client journey from lead to funded trader.
• Ensure that all sales activities comply with internal standards, approved scripts, and relevant local market regulations.
• Identify recruitment needs, assist in onboarding, and contribute to the establishment of a high-performance sales culture across the region.
• Offer regular insights on market dynamics, including competitor activities, client objections, product demand, and growth opportunities.
• 4–7+ years of experience in sales or business development within the Forex, CFD, financial services, brokerage, or online trading sectors.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role, coaching, or supervising a sales team.
• Comprehensive understanding of retail trading products, client onboarding processes, deposit behaviors, and sales conversion metrics.
• Experience in managing direct sales as well as partner/IB channels.
• Demonstrated success in reaching acquisition and revenue objectives in competitive environments.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and reporting.
• Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred; fluency in English is a requirement.
• Experience in the UAE/MENA market is strongly preferred.
