This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Facilitate structured coaching sessions and performance evaluations to enhance the development of sales producers and maintain accountability.
• Examine CRM and sales metrics to track performance, recognize deficiencies, and execute strategies for improved results.
• Personally oversee onboarding programs for new producers, offering clear objectives and support from the outset until they reach full productivity.
• Provide real-time mentorship to the team during quoting, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Generate precise monthly and quarterly sales reports, delivering insights and actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Remain updated on competitor strategies, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to inform the team’s sales approach.
• Spearhead retention initiatives to bolster client loyalty and renewals.
• Develop strong working relationships with underwriters and carriers to ensure efficient approvals and expand offerings.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to provide seamless client experiences.
• Cultivate a performance-driven, collaborative culture through structured mentorship and team-building activities.
• Over 7 years of demonstrated leadership experience in sales.
• Proven history of building and managing successful sales teams.
• Advanced proficiency in CRM systems with a strong capacity to leverage data for decision-making.
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities with the skill to inspire and influence others.
• Familiarity with insurance products, underwriting procedures, and compliance regulations is advantageous.
