This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Lead and provide both operational and strategic direction for the sales team.
• Establish, enhance, and expand the sales organization.
• Create and execute innovative strategies for customer acquisition.
• Oversee the complete sales process – from setting appointments and engaging in sales discussions to finalizing contracts.
• Accountable for tracking performance, monitoring KPIs, and delivering regular reports to C-level executives.
• Evaluate and improve CRM processes (e.g., Salesforce).
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Consulting teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
• Facilitate training sessions, weekly sales meetings, and individual development for team members.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated success in forming and leading effective sales teams.
• Experience in closing high-value deals.
• Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and tech-savvy.
• Strategic insight into scalable sales methodologies.
• Passion for digital sales frameworks and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Native German speaker with excellent proficiency in English.
