Sales Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Managing SSO inquiries and configurations

• Sending and tracking inspection copy requests and feedback

• Referring qualified leads to the Sales team to promote adoption closure and digital upsell

• Assisting in the development, upkeep, and cleansing of Salesforce to maintain a 3x pipeline

• Contributing to the accuracy of forecasting and revenue enhancement

• Monitoring daily billings and analyzing data against historical records

• Ensuring the precise and prompt processing of pricing requests, new agreements, and customer inquiries

• Collaborating across various customer support functions to manage transactions across direct, trade, and enterprise channels

• Proven experience in sales support or a similar role

• Strong analytical skills with the capability to perform in-depth data analysis

• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

• Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM systems

• Capability to successfully execute and manage multiple projects at once

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to responsibilities
