This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assist the Electrification IBC Sales team and clients throughout the proposal phase.
• Act as a crucial technical expert in the designated area.
• Create technical documentation for products and technologies, assess costs, and prepare the final paperwork.
• Provide technical guidance and solutions for inquiries from customers, channels, and Sales Specialists regarding ABB products, systems, and applications.
• Conduct analytical and diagnostic assessments to identify the best technical solutions that fulfill customer requirements and tackle complex questions.
• Generate and nurture new sales prospects while addressing specific customer issues; ensure targets are met for orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Guarantee the accomplishment of budget objectives, including volume goals and profitable growth across all assigned product categories and in the respective countries.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college (OR a high school diploma / GED) along with 2+ years of sales experience in the electrical industry.
• Experience collaborating with contractors and channel partners.
• Proficient in contract negotiations, application take-offs, proposal development, and presentation skills.
• Customer-centric approach with a demonstrated ability to respond promptly to customer needs.
• Understanding of customer financial drivers and requirements.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably SFDC.
• Six Sigma or equivalent Quality training.
• Applicants must possess work authorization that allows them to work for ABB in the US.
