Sales Support, Production

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Complete setup of branded products for company store websites, including product images, descriptions, videos, pricing, and updates to HTML or CSS.

• Ongoing maintenance of company stores, including reviews to ensure compliance with Ecommerce standards, GDPR, and PCI guidelines.

• Utilize Excel and other tools (such as pivot tables and vlookups) alongside web analytics to organize data, track, and make modifications for online products and stores.

• Generate a variety of client reports.

• Provide customer support via email and phone.

• Manage order entry, follow up on orders, track shipments, and handle invoicing for store orders to meet deadlines.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to warehouse management systems and processes.

• Assist with database entries.

• Collaborate directly with clients to support online services and sales teams.

• Perform any other duties as assigned or required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, or similar.

• Skills in inventory management.

• Proficiency in HTML and CSS.

• Experience with API and Ariba.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Enterprise Edition.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, marketing, retail, or business administration.

• Familiarity with order entry software.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong commitment to deadlines.

• Effective project management and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

• Capacity to convey technical information to the team.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles.

• Skills in listening, creative thinking, problem-solving, entrepreneurship, continuous learning, attention to detail, self-management, inquisitiveness, administrative tasks, and prioritization.
