Sales Support Pilot

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engaging in prospecting activities within underserved Retail Markets.

• Identify and evaluate retail prospects through thorough background research on their needs, financial status, and key personnel.

• Cultivate and qualify leads in Vertical and Emerging Markets.

• Utilize the technical sales and promotional resources provided by Cirrus Marketing effectively.

• Prepare and deliver general and specialized sales presentations on Cirrus products with proficiency.

• Plan, organize, and implement a range of events and promotional initiatives.

• Create event concepts and themes that are aligned with the organization's objectives.

• Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Directors to pinpoint underdeveloped areas and growth opportunities.

• Manage the logistics and execution of product demonstrations.

• Ensure that demonstrations are communicated effectively and are engaging for prospective clients.

• Monitor and analyze event performance, offering insights and recommendations for future initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.

• FAA or EASA Private Pilot and Instrument Certificate REQUIRED – Commercial and CFII preferred.

• FAA or EASA 1st or 2nd Class Medical is mandatory.

• A minimum of 1 year of previous sales or marketing experience is preferred.

• Proficient in advanced MS Office; adept with computer software and internet applications.

• An outgoing personality with a talent for building relationships (i.e., a 'people person').

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
