Sales Support Manager – Customer Success

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) on the execution of renewal strategies, ensuring adherence to timelines, pricing accuracy, and thoroughness.

• Develop, sustain, and enhance sophisticated Excel-based pricing models, renewal comparisons, and financial scenarios.

• Oversee vendor quotes, conduct serviceability checks, and manage tool submissions for renewal and expansion opportunities.

• Create customer-ready renewal summaries, pricing breakdowns, and comparative views that facilitate informed decision-making.

• Monitor ongoing renewals, proactively identify risks, and ensure that no details are overlooked.

• Continuously enhance renewal workflows, templates, and Excel models to accommodate scalability.

• Undertake additional projects as necessary to bolster Customer Success operations and support organizational growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in supporting renewals, account management, or customer success within a B2B context.

• Solid understanding of telecom, network, or technology services; experience with global or multi-site services is advantageous.

• Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, scenario modeling); experience with finance or pricing models is highly preferred.

• Comfortable working with vendor quote tools, pricing systems, and internal business platforms.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple high-stakes renewals concurrently.

• A proactive mindset driven by ownership—you identify gaps and take action to address them.

• Ability to reliably work during U.S. business hours.
