This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Prepare, modify, and process orders to ensure deals progress smoothly without interruptions.
• Execute quoting, assess bandwidth serviceability, and submit vendor tools with accuracy.
• Create, update, and refine Excel-based proposals and basic financial models to assist partners in decision-making.
• Serve as an extension of the Director by overseeing their inbox, managing in-flight requests, and facilitating effective communication.
• Act as the Director’s representative during channel events, PTO, or company functions—ensuring all details are managed effectively.
• Anticipate requirements, proactively resolve issues, and bring structure to complexities in a high-volume sales setting.
• Take on additional tasks and projects as necessary to contribute to the success of the team and the organization.
• Understanding of telecommunications and network services; experience with a global network service provider is advantageous.
• Familiarity with channel sales, partner dynamics, and the indirect sales model.
• Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic financial modeling).
• Comfortable using vendor quote tools and general business systems.
• Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, resourceful approach with a “own the outcome” mindset.
• Availability to work during U.S. business hours consistently.
