
Sales Support, Estimator Coordinator – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take charge of speed-to-lead and outbound follow-up for all incoming leads and estimate requests.
• Create estimate support packets, proposals, job notes, and pipeline updates for the sales and estimating team.
• Schedule appointments, conduct site visits, send estimate reminders, and distribute proposals.
• Revitalize dormant leads, pursue unsigned proposals, and maintain a clean pipeline.
• Ensure CRM/job-management systems are organized so that no revenue opportunity is overlooked.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, service coordination, dispatch, estimating support, or contractor office support.
• Demonstrated ability to manage over 50 lead follow-ups weekly or 20+ proposals/quotes monthly.
• At least 2 years of experience with platforms such as ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, Buildertrend, HubSpot, or similar.
• Experience supporting pipeline activities related to quoting or bidding that exceed $100k per month.
• Capable of passing a live call simulation and a written accuracy exercise with a score of 85% or higher.
